We collect the information required to deliver website production services: organization and campaign details, contact information, uploaded brand and content files, and correspondence about your project. Customer records are visible only to the organization that submitted them and to authorized CampaignIOS staff. Row-level access rules in the platform database enforce this. Uploaded files are stored privately and accessed through short-lived signed links. Payment card details are never stored in this application. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Inquiry data submitted through the contact form is stored as a lead record and used only to respond to your request.
