How it works

Ten stages, each with a clear owner.

Production time is measured from the moment your materials are complete and approved — not from the moment you order. That single distinction is why the intake is structured this way.

  1. 01

    Package Selection

Choose a package or request a scoped quote. The package defines pages, revision rounds, and included features.

  2. 02

    Guided Intake

Complete structured sections covering your organization, campaign, office sought, jurisdiction, and public contact information.

  3. 03

    Brand & Content Upload

Upload your logo, approved photography, biography, issue positions, and any required disclosures.

  4. 04

    Order Review

Confirm the scope summary, add-ons, and total. Your accepted agreement is recorded with the version you signed.

  5. 05

    Payment

Payment is collected through the configured provider. Production does not begin until payment and intake review are complete.

  6. 06

    Production Readiness

We verify every required item is complete or formally waived, then schedule the build.

  7. 07

    Website Production

We build the site, connect the domain, configure technical SEO, and prepare administrative access.

  8. 08

    Client Review

You review the staged site and submit consolidated revision requests within your package's revision rounds.

  9. 09

    Launch & Handoff

On your written approval we publish, verify the live site, and deliver access plus editing instructions.

  10. 10

    Optional Support

Add a monthly plan for continued editing, maintenance, and consultation if your team wants it.

What we need from you

  • Logo files or an approved branding direction.
  • Candidate biography and approved issue positions.
  • Photography you have the right to publish.
  • All political content requiring accuracy review.
  • Required legal disclosures, exactly as your counsel supplies them.
  • Domain registrar access or transfer confirmation.
  • Written approval before publication.

What affects turnaround

  • How completely the intake is finished on the first pass.
  • Whether content changes after review begins.
  • The number of pages or sections in scope.
  • Third-party access delays (domain, Search Console, donation platform).
  • Production scheduling at the time your order is ready.

You are responsible for supplying and approving all political content and required legal disclosures. CampaignIOS builds and configures the website; it does not author campaign messaging.
